Coast Hillcrest Hotel

Stayed one night at the coast hotel, we arrived after a long drive from Vancouver Island. Pet free rooms at hotels are hard to find, but the gentleman assured me that the room he had available had no pets stay in it. He came through and it was good for me ,no allergic reaction. What a lovely room it was. Lanimite flooring, comfortable beds ,great set up for space and it had a balcony that opened to a space where you could sit out and enjoy the scent of the forest and enjoy the view. Window even opened so you could smell the evening air instead of the a/c unit. Fabulously clean room, sheet crisp and lots of pillows to choose from. Bathroom has wonderful soap dispenser instead of those little bars in packages. Shower is fabulous with a shower head and a handheld one if you prefer. Again bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash to use. In the last 2 weeks of our holiday we stayed at many hotels, this one is by far the BEST for clean, comfortable beds and ambience. We were on a tight schedule and we're not able to use the hotel amenities - hot tub, restaurant etc. But we will return for just that reason. We stayed in room 204.

Amazing stay. Beautiful large room, wonderful hotel and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Chelsea, Nicole and Daniel provided such wonderful and thoughtful service. My son and I spent 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every second!

Both the front desk staff and restaurant were absolutely wonderful. Our server )French Canadian gentleman) was truly phenomenal. He was calm, cool, and collected while handling five excited girls ordering for a Christmas party. He definitely made our evening even more enjoyable. Thr kitchen was also fantastic, as the food was beyond incredible! I had visited about a month earlier with my boyfriend and had an exceptional experience then as well. The service has been consistently outstanding, and this has quickly become my new favorite place. I’ve been telling everyone about this hidden gem! We will definitely be back again.

The staff here are truly exceptional. Every single one goes out of their way to smile and offer a few kind words. The restaurant is really good and I also enjoyed a great massage at the spa. They have an outdoor hottub with a gorgeous view. There is a shuttle to the ski resort and a helicopter ski company located right in the hotel! This hotel is a convenient and beautiful stop over for travellers passing through, or a comfortable and welcoming place to stay for a few days to enjoy all the beauty of Revelstoke and the surrounding area.

Awesome hotel! Food was good and so was the service. Unfortunately, our room was a bit dirty. Otherwise, this is a go-to hotel in Revelstoke! The lemon water, tea, and coffee provided fresh in the lobby every morning was the highlight of our 2 night stay here! Staff were also super friendly!

We had such an amazing stay here! The front desk staff and restaurant staff were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people we’ve ever met. Made my family feel so welcomed The food was also incredible. Every meal was delicious and honestly way better than we expected for a hotel. You can tell they really care about quality. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are this good. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

This is the second time I spend at this hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel and view are great. The rooms were good both time, clean and spacious. The front desk was friendly and helpful. No luggage service but easy to unload the car on a trolley and then go park you car on the free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast service is amazing (fantastic waiters, super friendly and helpful).. The restaurant in the evening was very expensive (we order the prawn salad for 19$ and had 3 small prawns on a tiny bed of aragula, this was a bit exaggerated. Especially as it’s not a gastronomic restaurant ) The vegan Wellington was good and more acceptable in size For the price. However there is a lounge service that is cheaper than the restaurant itself with more burger / casual type food. Hot top / sauna were fantastic, fitness room is small but functional.

My family and I loved our stay here ! Extremely clean and well kept, lovely staff and GO TO THE RESTAURANT. Unexpectedly great food ( the Brussel sprouts are to die for!). Lovely little spa with a sauna and hot tub on the bottom level or you can sit out on the patio by the open fire there’s a tub there too. Pretty decent breakfast (buffet not vegan friendly but there are vegan options on the breakfast menu). So nice to have decent vegan choices in such a quiet place ! Thanks for our stay!!
